<tr><td align="left" colspan="3">Founded in 1967, the Firm now has twenty-plus lawyers devoted to general commercial legal practice, with a strong emphasis on banking and finance, corporate, trust and dispute resolution matters, most issues handled having a strong international connotation. The total staff in Geneva, London and Moscow represents more than 50 professionals, including corporate and trust executives and accountants.
<br>The members of the Firm are graduates from various Swiss, English, American and Russian universities, working in English, French, German and Swiss German, Russian, Spanish, Dutch and Italian. All partners have practiced law outside their home countries to gain the additional training necessary to fully understand the needs of demanding international clients.
<br>The client base ranges from multinational to mid-size companies and high net worth private individuals. The Firm also provides support to foreign law firms, including many large international firms without offices of their own in Switzerland or in Russia.
<br>Despite a most restrictive policy in the acceptance of Board memberships, some members of the Firm sit on the Board of Swiss subsidiaries of leading international financial groups.
<br>The Firm has always invested into the most advanced (of course Y2K compatible) information technology, with access to in-house and outside data basis, providing immediate access to information.
<br>Regular contacts with a number of similarly oriented firms, within Switzerland and abroad, also enable the Firm to rely on efficient and cost-effective assistance and support whenever and (almost) wherever needed.
<br>The Firm also provides services subject to Swiss legislation on financial intermediaries through Sercofin, Accounting and Financial Services SA, its wholly owned subsidiary formed in 1991.
